Have you ever stopped to think how amazing and abundant this universe is? How the galaxies were formed? How Planet Earth revolves around the sun? How the sun is the largest star in the universe and how without it, we have no life?
How it illuminates the moon at night? How the moons cycles affect our planets tidal waves and all those who inhabit it? How its infused energy has the power to destroy planes that awaken humanity? How money is just energy? How when you circulate it with divine responsibility, it grows to infinity!
How we were not created to just pay bills and die. How we get to wake up with our miraculous breathe every morning, with so much gratitude to be alive. How our free will allows us to live without conditions, limitations, or restrictions. How we have the ability to love and create, so that our bodies may regenerate. How when you awaken to your divinity, you realize that your life is guided, protected, and limitless!

At some point in your life society will tell you that you're not good enough. You’re not thin enough. You’re not beautiful enough. You’re not successful enough. Or that you don’t have what it takes to live the life of your dreams.
You might even begin to believe the lies. The noise In your head will get louder and louder. Self doubt will turn into paralyzing fear. The vision you've casted will start to become less clear and you will begin to lose focus.
When that happens...
Recenter your focus. Embrace the changes that are happening within you. Learn to trust and love yourself during your process. Fall in love with the process, no matter how ugly or painful it may be. Remember why you started. Remind yourself that your life is unfolding at the pace that was designed for only you.
Never forget that your are worthy of the life that was promised to you as a seed in your mother’s belly. You are the master creator of your life. Never give up on yourself. It's just a matter of time before all of your dreams and desires, manifest into pure reality!

I AM... two of the most powerful words;
for what you put after them shapes the reality of who you are!
It is no secret that power and truth are synonymous,
since one cannot exist without the other.
Claiming your inner power will allow you to live an authentic life,
which is bestowed in the truth of your entire being.
If you don’t proclaim, honor, speak, and believe in your power...
it could be distorted and ultimately demolished by outside influences.

When you heal your mind, body, and soul..
You begin to operate at a higher frequency!
When you begin to awaken through your experience,
Layers upon layers will be shed.
You may experience rage, pain, depression,

And all the emotions that have been engraved
In your subconscious mind. Ride the wave
And allow these illusions to exit your system.
Your illusion self (ego) is being shed so
Your true self (soul) can thrive. Embrace the transition
And trust the divine timing that’s awakening you to
The Divine Being that resides within you.

There’s a misconception that self love
is merely taking care of your physical body.
When in reality, self love is taking care
of the parts of you that the physical world cannot see.
There are so many layers that need to be uncovered, healed,
and transformed for you to understand and experience
the true essence of self love.
I invite you to self evaluate…
Are you connecting and nurturing your mind, body, and spirit?
Are you distracting, instead of healing?
Are you taking responsibility for your actions that are manifesting?
Are you nourishing your sacred temple with the substance food that it needs to thrive?
Are you having positive inner dialogue in your mind?
Are you living in fear, guilt, and shame?
Are you releasing the self judgment that is essentially projected to the people in your space?
Are you surrounded by those that motivate and inspire you to shine?
Are you living in the past, present, or future?
Are you living in your divine truth?
Are you loving on yourself the way you claim to love your neighbor?
Remember…you will only experience the fullness of “unconditional” self love
by doing the work that the vast majority is not willing to do.
Don’t exert all your energy looking for love outside of you
When your abundant and Christ Conscious mind,
is already activated inside of you.

The universe does this thing where it aligns you with the people, things, and situations that match the energy you put out. The more you improve yourself, the more you will embrace all that is beneficial to your overall well being and your vibration. Raise your frequency by accepting what is.
Live in the present moment for what happened yesterday, no longer exists. Be kind to yourself. Release your guilt, shame, and fears. Let go of control. Play in the sun. Visualize what’s important to you and don’t lose sight of that. Focus on your life force energy; your miraculous breathe. Be more mindful of your breathe. Express gratitude for your breathe!
Allow yourself to be vulnerable and transparent about who you are. Find what doesn’t serve or interest you and release it from your life. Explore the things that make you happy and do more of that everyday. Feed you body, mind, and soul with substance food. Accept and embrace all that is.

Eye SIGHT is overrated
What you see can be deceiving
What you hear is far more reliable, but listen.
What you feel is TRUER than the words people curate
to get you to SEE what they want you to see.
Eye sight is overrated
Tell me what you feel not what you SEE
What you see is what you get…
that’s a pretty little lie,
wrapped up and disguised as vulnerability;
we've been believing it for far too long.
Ah but take heed: Watch your SIGHT it can be an OVERSIGHT
Eyesight is overrated
LISTEN | FEEL instead.

Returning back to my childlike essence. Where the outdoors was my playing field and my only reference to heaven on earth. Where every activity was a new adventure and a new opportunity to explore. Where there was no prejudice, hate, unforgiveness, or fear.
Where my imagination catapulted me through the glass ceilings that society created for me. Where limitations didn’t exist. Where my 1200 sq. ft home was my sacred space and the only thing that mattered was the unconditional love that permeated the place. Where faith, trust, persistence, perseverance, togetherness, and LOVE was my solid foundation.
Where being present and in the moment was my place of bliss. Where I found peace in solitude. Where being happy and joyful was my full time job. Where laughter was my medicine. Where every encounter I had was genuine and authentic. Where love, compassion, and grace was the thread that mended our relationships.
Our childlike essence holds the key to our abundant life. Not the searching for external factors that leave us feeling empty inside. Find joy in breathing life into your inner child...becoming free, creative, and inspired. For there you will find the epic life you’ve been chasing after.

What’s your motivation to wake up and conquer your day when you rise? How are you choosing to create the universe inside of you and around you?
Are you choosing to replace your complaints with gratitude? Are you choosing to feed your mind and body with substance food? Are you choosing to love yourself unconditionally without judgement, hate, resentment, comparison, or unforgiveness? Are you choosing to refrain from negative self talk?
Are you choosing to spend day in and day out at a job you’re not passionate about? Are you choosing to live in the moment? Are you choosing to surround yourself with people that motivate you to be become a better version of yourself? Are you choosing to speak your truth? Are you choosing to live out your God given purpose with divine truth.
Remember that you are the creator of your world. Everything you think, see, and actions you take reveals everything about you. What you see in others and the world, is a reflection of what is happening inside of you. This is your time. Your time to choose. Your time to flourish. It’s your time to take responsibility and create the life that your creator designed you to live.
